DAY 01 – FOREST JOURNEY & GAVI EXPERIENCE
The journey begins from Woodnote Thekkady, where the jeep will pick up participants for the forest trip. Vehicles can be safely parked at Woodnote before starting the journey.
Enjoy a scenic jeep safari through the dense forest route, traveling through the beautiful landscapes of the Periyar Tiger Reserve on the way to Gavi.
Upon arrival at Gavi:
02:00 PM – Check-in at Gavi Forest Stay
A traditional lunch at Gavi will be served (included in the package).
During the stay, the following activities can be experienced:
* Jeep Safari through the forest route
* Guided Trekking through forest trails (1 hour / 2 hours / 3 hours based on preference)
* Boating at the serene Gavi Lake surrounded by lush greenery
* Waterfall Exploring through forest streams
* Visit to the Gavi Eco-Tourism Museum to understand the forest ecosystem and wildlife
As evening approaches, enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the forest.
Evening snacks and dinner will be provided at Gavi.
Spend a relaxing overnight stay inside the forest, surrounded by the natural beauty and calmness of Gavi.

DAY 02 – SATHRAM VIEW POINT VISIT & RETURN
Wake up to the refreshing sounds of nature and start the day with a morning breakfast at Gavi.
Enjoy the calm forest environment before departure.
01:00 PM – Check out from Gavi.
After check-out, the return journey continues through the scenic forest route.
SATHRAM VIEW POINT VISIT (Included in the Package)
As part of this experience, the itinerary includes a visit to the beautiful Sathram View Point, one of the most scenic locations along the Gavi forest route.
Spend some time exploring the viewpoint, enjoying the panoramic views of the surrounding hills and forest valleys, breathing in the fresh mountain air, and capturing memorable photographs.
This stop is an important highlight of the journey, offering one more chance to experience the beauty of the Western Ghats before heading back.
RETURN TO THEKKADY
After the Sathram visit, the jeep continues the journey back to Woodnote Thekkady.
Arrival at Thekkady by evening, concluding a memorable forest adventure filled with nature, exploration, and scenic landscapes.
